Ron Demeda is a CBAP® certified Senior Business Analyst providing expert Business Analysis services, backed by over 25 year’s experience performing lead business/systems analysis, quality assurance, project management, software development management, systems design and development, primarily in the Banking/Financial business sector. Ron is also a passionate educator, providing training and workshops in Business Analysis, including BABOK® Overview training, CBAP® Certification Preparation sessions, as well as general business workshops in Leadership and Teamworking, Communications skills, Effective Facilitation, and Action Planning.
